    • Examining your plans, highlighting any potential problems and proposing solutions
    • Using our curated vendor list to find any outstanding suppliers, if needed
    • Contacting all vendors prior to the wedding to confirm all arrangements are correct
    • Handling any remaining wedding-related administration
    • Creating a detailed wedding day schedule for the bridal party
    • Creating a detailed timeline for wedding vendors
  • Week of/Day of Details
    • Directing the ceremony rehearsal the day before the wedding
    • Providing day-of vendor assistance and supervising the set-up, ensuring finishing touches are in place
    • Organizing and placing all print material (Ceremony Programs, Escort Cards, Place Cards, Menus, etc.)
    • Ensuring all personal items are in place (Ketubah, Tallis, Cake Knife, etc.)
    • Managing ceremony and reception -- cueing the event and ensuring schedule is adhered to as closely as possible
    • Delivering all final payments/gratuities to vendors
    • Coordinating vendor load-out
    • Packing up any personal gifts/items for bride & groom
